Fear is a natural and healthy response to danger or uncertainty.
Fear is what helps us survive and adapt.
Fear is what motivates us to prepare, practice, and improve. Fear is what makes us human.
That's why I want to challenge you to do something different. Instead of fearing fear, embrace it. Instead of avoiding it, face it.
Instead of letting it control you, learn from it!
THE BEST ULTIMATE GUIDE: BANISH FEAR FOREVER!
How? Here are some tips that have helped me overcome my fear of fear:
Acknowledge your fear. Don't deny it or suppress it. Recognize it and name it.
Say to yourself: "I'm feeling afraid of X, and that's OK."
Accept your fear. Don't judge it or criticize it. Don't compare it to others or try to change it. Accept it as a part of you, as a sign that you care about something.
Analyze your fear. Don't ignore it or exaggerate it. Don't make assumptions or jump to conclusions. Ask yourself: "What am I really afraid of? What is the worst that can happen? How likely is that to happen? What can I do to prevent or cope with it?"
Act on your fear. Don't let it stop you or hold you back. Don't wait for it to go away or for someone else to do it for you. Take action and face your fear. Do the thing that scares you, even if it's just a small step at a time.
Appreciate your fear. Don't hate it or resent it. Don't regret it or blame yourself for it. Appreciate it as a learning opportunity, as a growth experience, as a catalyst for change.
Today I would like to tell you the main reason for fears, worries or panic.
The biggest cause is your thoughts. Your head. So exactly what is between your ears.
This may not sound surprising at first.
But there are several studies in which it was proven that we humans have about 60,000 - 70,000 thoughts per day.
Of these, about 70% are fleeting, "neutral" thoughts.
27% are negative thoughts (anxiety, worry, sorrow, stress, envy, hatred, doubt, comparison, catastrophizing, and many more).
And only 3% are positive.
So we have almost 20,000 negative thoughts a day, which, depending on the severity of the emotion, manifest themselves more or less strongly, i.e. become reality, and co-determine and influence not only our lives, but also our bodies.
So the first goal is to become aware of what you think and focus more on positive thoughts. But of course, that alone is 1000x easier said than done.
One way to conquer fears in the long term and permanently, you will learn in the "Janson Method".
P.S. You'll be surprised by how much you can achieve when you stop fearing fear.
